The Department Of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs invites applications from Community and Voluntary organisations with income of under €100,000 p.a. for funding under two Programmes of Grants for Community and Voluntary Organisations.
Programme 1. Offers two schemes of once-off grants:
Scheme of Refurbishment Grants
Grants will be made to a range of local community and voluntary organisations with a focus on addressing disadvantage or where evidence of need has been clearly identified in their communities.
Scheme of Equipment Grants
The objective of this scheme is to support the activities of local community and voluntary organisations that are addressing disadvantage in their communities.
Programme 2.
Scheme of Training Grants
The aim of the Programme is to support or enhance the activities of community and voluntary groups both national and local who are addressing disadvantage in the community.
These Programmes are part funded from funds made available by the National Lottery.
There is no closing date for receipt of completed applications, however, as funding is limited, organisations are advised to submit their applications as soon as possible.
Applications will be accepted on the official forms only which are available on the Pobal website at www.pobal.ie and the Department’s website at www.pobail.ie.
